Window, Door Repairs and Installations Ltd respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the details of the job you're enquiring about and any photos you send. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to give you an estimate and carry out the work.
Like most websites, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — pages visited, how you arrived and general location. This is aggregated and isn't used to identify you.
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange and complete work, and invoice you for it. We may contact you about a job you've enquired about or one we've carried out.
We don't sell or trade your personal information. We share it only where it's necessary to do the job — for example with a supplier ordering a part to your specification — or where we're required to by law.
Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, then securely disposed of.
This website uses cookies to make the site work and to measure how it's used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it.
We collect your name, contact details, job description and any photos you send — nothing more.
We use them to quote, book and invoice your job.
We don't sell or trade your information to anyone.
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
